The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grumpit shoots in for a takedown but Simpson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Simpson.
Grumpit breaks from the clinch.

Simpson lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Grumpit backwards.

Grumpit has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Simpson is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Simpson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Grumpit manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Grumpit steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Simpson.
Simpson smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Simpson sends Grumpit crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Simpson is motioning to the referee to let Grumpit up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Grumpit is rocked!
It looks like Grinch Grumpit has been cut.
OH! Grumpit has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Simpson smells blood and charges in for the finish! Simpson unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Grumpit sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
