The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Ollila has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Ollila and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Stamatis uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Ollila has time to react.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Stamatis crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Ollila - the referee stops the clock and Stamatis gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Ollila. Stamatis manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

That was a close second round but I would say that Athan Stamatis will probably get the nod.
