Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kook Killa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Larusso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Larusso has chosen Funky Polak - Nieważne as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Larusso shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Killa napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Killa is trying to buck Larusso off.
Larusso controlling the position from side mount.
Killa is looking to reverse the position.
Larusso is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Killa tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Larusso wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Larusso stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Larusso clinches with his opponent.
Larusso has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Killa avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Larusso jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Killa walks away with a smile on his face. Larusso gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Killa tries a head kick but it misses.

Killa lands a head kick. Larusso smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Killa keeps Larusso at a distance using the push kick.

Killa scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It looks like Daniel Larusso has been cut.

Killa pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Larusso blocks a head kick by Killa.

Larusso closes the distance and clinches.
Killa is trying to push Larusso away but Larusso has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Larusso digs a right hand underneath Killa's ribcage. Killa let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Killa is trying to break the clinch but Larusso is controlling him.
Killa gets underhooks to prevent Larusso's takedown attempt.
Kook Killa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daniel Larusso.

Killa breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Killa throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Killa throws a sloppy head kick and Larusso moves out of range easily.

Killa misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Killa avoids the body shot from Larusso.
Killa feints and then cracks Larusso's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Larusso down.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Larusso stands up.

That was a close round but I would say that Kook Killa will probably get the nod.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Killa, as that shot connected.
Larusso avoids the head kick by Killa.
Kook Killa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Larusso shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Larusso tries a head kick but it misses.
Killa lands a high kick!

Larusso shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Killa is trying to defend but Larusso finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Larusso looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Daniel Larusso was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Larusso throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Killa's waist but Killa gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Larusso off to one side.

Larusso wants to clinch up but Killa keeps it at a distance.
Killa throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Killa explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Killa lands with a kick to the temple. Larusso shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Larusso with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Killa to score with a decent uppercut.
Killa throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Larusso has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Killa.
Larusso has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Killa.
Killa lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Larusso is defended easily by Killa.
Larusso is still on wobbly legs! Can Killa finish him?
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Killa! Larusso is out on his feet! Killa rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Larusso is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Larusso is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
