The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pacquiao throws a right and a left that both miss.
Watt lands a head kick. Pacquiao smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
It looks like Felipe Pacquiao has been cut.
Pacquiao shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Watt but Watt pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Watt lands with a shot to the body.
Watt keeps Pacquiao at a distance using the push kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Watt throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Derek Watt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pacquiao takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
