The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woodley fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Dantsov has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Woodley is taking a breather. Dantsov says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Dantsov drops back looking for a leg! Woodley is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Woodley manages to kick Dantsov off! Dantsov jumps back into Woodley's guard.

Dantsov drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Dantsov seems to have locked his on tight now - Woodley screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Dantsov, as he picks up the win!
