Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Wesley Smith and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chen lands a body shot.
Chen works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Chen connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

It looks like Tommy Watson has been cut.
Chen stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Chen wants it to stay on the feet.

Watson shoots for a takedown but Chen saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Watson with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Chen to score with a decent uppercut.

Watson moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Chen scores with a hook to the body. Watson takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Chen connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Watson's hands.
Watson tries to move into range but Chen moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Chen throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Watson on the side of the head.

The cut above Tommy Watson's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Chen fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Watson looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Watson has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Watson there as he acknowledges the shot.

Chen clinches up with Watson and pushes him back against the cage.

Chen breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Watson takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Chen looks to land a combination. Watson sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Chen clobbers Watson with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Tommy Watson's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Watson.

Chen tries to land knees in the clinch but Watson avoids the damage to the body.

Chen lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Watson or not.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Chen's corner calls for a 1-2. Chen obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Watson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Chen feints and then cracks Watson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Watson down.
