Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Gill Mackey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Olson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Gill Mackey has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Gill Mackey seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mackey defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Olson.
Olson tries to clinch but Mackey is having none of it.
Olson misses with a jab, cross combination.
A looping hook to the body misses from Mackey. Olson does a little dance to reset his feet.
Olson shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Mackey lands a slapping body shot.
Mackey lands a two punch combo.
Olson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Mackey sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Gill Mackey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nick Olson.
Olson fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Mackey throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

Mackey dips to his left and cracks Olson with an uppercut!

Mackey fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Mackey thows a body kick. Olson tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Mackey scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Olson doesn't seem bothered though.

Mackey lands a lovely overhand right.
Mackey's corner calls for a 1-2. Mackey obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Olson is rocked!
Mackey lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Olson goes down and covers up as Mackey starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
