Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Dumonte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buster Asscap (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Asscap has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Paul Dumonte could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Buster Asscap's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dumonte scores with a hook to the body. Asscap takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Asscap looks gassed!
Dumonte closes the distance and clinches.
Dumonte escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Asscap fails with the takedown.
Dumonte lands a jab to the nose.
Dumonte uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Asscap has time to react.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Both fighters circling a little - Dumonte finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Dumonte scores with a leg kick.
Dumonte fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Asscap on the side of the head.
Dumonte punishes Asscap's body with a nice straight punch.
Dumonte ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Dumonte bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Asscap is rocked!
Dumonte pounces like a tiger and cracks Asscap with a vicious hook! Asscap is down but not out! Dumonte follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Paul Dumonte!
