The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duddy tries to clinch but Takahashi moves out of range.
Takahashi throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

It looks like John Duddy has been cut.
Duddy misses with a jab, cross combination.
Takahashi thumps Duddy with a low kick.
Duddy throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Takahashi.
Takahashi throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Takahashi avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Takahashi throws a sloppy head kick and Duddy moves out of range easily.

Duddy doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

A head kick from Takahashi lands but Duddy takes it in his stride.
Takahashi tests Duddy's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Takahashi cracks Duddy on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Duddy falls backwards against the ropes. Takahashi follows up with more strikes that drop Duddy to his knees. Takahashi keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Duddy! This one is all over!
