Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Tim Tebow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samson David (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tebow comes to the cage accompanied by Tim Tebow's Fire. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tebow connects with a leg kick. David looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
David looks to clinch
and Tebow counters with a two punch combo.
David misses with a double jab.
Tebow closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
David falls off balance throwing a combination
and Tebow counters with a three punch combo that has David backing up. David nods at Tebow to acknowledge the strikes.
David wants to clinch
and Tebow counters with a stiff right hand.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Tebow takes the fight into the clinch.
Tebow wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but David has him pressed against the cage.
Tebow working hard to break the clinch.
David keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Tebow's efforts to push away.
Tebow misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from David.

Tebow's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
David feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Tebow's calf.
Tebow misses with a kick to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from David. Tebow does a little dance to reset his feet.
David tries to clinch
and Tebow counters with a nice uppercut.
Tebow feints a jab promting David to slip. Tebow then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. David slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

and Tebow counters with a right, followed by a huge uppercut that sends David crashing to the mat! David is trying to use the cage to get back to his feet but he's all over the place - the referee has seen enough and has stopped the fight! Tebow screams with a mixture of joy and relief, whilst celebrating with his cornermen.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Tim Tebow!
