Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Christian Courage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Steve Rogers!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Winston Howard and Steve Erwin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Courage doesn't manage to clinch there - Rogers circles away.
Rogers wants to clinch up but Courage keeps it at a distance.

It looks like Christian Courage has been cut.

Courage has Rogers up against the cage in a clinch.

Courage's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Rogers tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Rogers fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Courage, pushing him back against the cage.

Courage tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Rogers paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Rogers steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Courage. That one must have hurt.

Courage lands a head kick that bluckles Rogers and drops him to the canvas. He's still conscious but it looks like it's going to take him the full 10 seconds to get back his senses! He's up on 9 and seems to be just about OK to continue.... the referee agrees and we're back to the action with Courage no doubt looking to push for a finish!
