The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Mauricio Rocha and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rossi looks for a takedown but Randy sprawls well.
Randy fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Rossi looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Rossi fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Rossi takes one to the side of the head.
Randy shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Rossi's guard.
Randy wants to control from the top but Rossi keeps moving.
Rossi looking for a guillotine here but Randy defends easily.
Randy has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rossi is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Randy has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Rossi to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Randy is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Rossi pulls down on the head and he's put Randy to sleep! This one is all over!
