Kokkalis comes to the cage accompanied by Promises - Nero ft. Skrillex. Vangelis Kokkalis could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Huima Sisu's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sisu fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Sisu fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kokkalis avoids it really well and circles away.

Kokkalis drives through with a takedown into guard.
Sisu wants to sweep but no luck.

Kokkalis throws a strike but Sisu rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Sisu is pushing down on Kokkalis's leg trying to pass to half guard. Kokkalis is fighting to maintain full guard but Sisu has managed to sneak the leg through.

Kokkalis avoids a strike by Sisu and manages to complete a very nice reversal in the process, to end up in Sisu's guard! Fantastic escape!

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Sisu is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Kokkalis got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sisu has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kokkalis has managed to get both his arms back between Sisu's legs - danger averted.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Sisu takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Huima Sisu is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
A left lands for Kokkalis.
Kokkalis leaves Sisu with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Kokkalis fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sisu, pushing him back against the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Kokkalis takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Kokkalis is trying to trip Sisu. He has hold of a leg but Sisu is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Kokkalis persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
