Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between MR Cut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ginger Root (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Root has chosen Viva la Vida as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, MR Cut!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ginger Root!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Root throws a body punch but Cut moves out of range.

Cut shoots in and bounces Root off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Cut is looking to stand up but Root won't let him.

Root escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Cut gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Root looking for a guillotine here but Cut defends easily.
Cut wants to stand but Root has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Root is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Cut frees his head nicely. Oh but Root has switched to an armbar! Cut is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
