Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tally Sedgewick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Rogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joe Rogan will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tally Sedgewick!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Joe Rogan!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rogan throws a right and a left that both miss.

Rogan clinches up with Sedgewick and pushes him back against the cage.

Rogan breaks from the clinch.

Rogan moves into the clinch.
Rogan has a couple of punches blocked by Sedgewick.
Sedgewick's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
A head punch blocked on the inside by Sedgewick.
Rogan taking a breather.
Rogan throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Sedgewicks head.
Rogan leaning his opponent against the cage.
Rogan with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Sedgewick misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Rogan.
Sedgewick is looking for a takedown.
Sedgewick misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Rogan pressing his opponent against the cage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rogan lands with a short shot to the head.
Rogan can't find room to land a body shot as Sedgewick controls the action.
Rogan has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Rogan is trying to stall.

Sedgewick has picked Rogan up - he's going for a ride! Sedgewick dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Rogan trying to control from the bottom.
Rogan is trying to stand up here but Sedgewick is controlling him well.

Rogan is defending against the submission attempts here by Sedgewick.
Sedgewick content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Rogan makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Rogan.
Sedgewick advances position into side control!
Rogan gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sedgewick connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Sedgewick goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Rogan is on top in guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Rogan wanted to stand there but Sedgewick had control of the position.
Rogan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sedgewick swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Rogan postures up.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Rogan wants to stand and escape but instead Sedgewick has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Sedgewick trying to control but Rogan is working from the bottom.
Sedgewick postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Rogan keeping full guard, as Sedgewick tries to pass.
Rogan is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Sedgewick postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Rogan is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Sedgewick, into his guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Joe Rogan will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Rogan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sedgewick moves away.

Rogan fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Sedgewick sprawls well initially but Rogan persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Rogan wants to take a breather but Sedgewick is having none of it.
Rogan trying to control from Sedgewick's half guard. Sedgewick has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
Sedgewick might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Sedgewick is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Rogan looking to improve position, pressing down on Sedgewick's thigh with his hand. Sedgewick seems to be working to lock up a guilotine though... is Rogan paying attention? Apparently not! He's locked it up tight! Rogan's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! Sedgewick picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Tally Sedgewick!
