Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pat Tillman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shawn Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tillman comes to the cage accompanied by Here Comes the Boom. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tillman shoots in looking for a takedown but Jackson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Tillman's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Tillman has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Jackson.

Jackson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tillman moves away.

Tillman shoots in and drives through. Jackson sprawls well.

Tillman walks into a left hand.
Jackson wants to clinch up but Tillman keeps it at a distance.
Jackson thuds his right hand into Tillman's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Tillman, as that shot connected.
A nice inside leg kick there by Jackson. That's going to slow Tillman down.
Jackson wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Shawn Jackson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Tillman chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Jackson can pounce on him.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Tillman crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Jackson - the referee stops the clock and Tillman gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Jackson. Tillman manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Jackson has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Tillman. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
