The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nijem shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sancho as he jumps to the side.
Nijem throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sancho's waist but Sancho gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Nijem off to one side.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Sancho, as that shot connected.
Sancho displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Nijem.

We're going to have a standup here because Ramsey Nijem wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

That was a close round but I would say that Ramsey Nijem will probably get the nod.

Nijem changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sancho looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Paco Sancho has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
