Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tom Joad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dennis Wise (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wise has chosen Calling all Destroyers by TSAR as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Tom Joad had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joad keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Wise throws a nice outside leg kick.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Wise.
Joad paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Wise ducks under a wild hook from Joad.
Joad throws a jab but it's blocked by Wise.
Joad fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Wise throws a poor cross that misses
and Joad counters with a straight right hand.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A jab from Joad finds it's way through Wise's defenses.

It looks like Dennis Wise has been cut.
Joad feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Wises jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Wise takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Wise connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Joad momentarily.
Joad moves out of range of the strikes.
Joad takes a swing at Wise's ribcage but misses.
Wise takes one on the button.
Joad swings and misses with a hook to the body.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Wise.
Joad looks to land a left hand but Wise moved out of range nicely.

Wise keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Joad throws a big shot that misses.
Wise has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Joad finds it's way round the side to connect with Wise's head.
Joad attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Joad fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Wise manages to avoid it.

Wise scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
