Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Da BOOm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Da BOOm!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown shoots in but BOOm avoids the takedown attempt easily.
BOOm fails with a takedown attempt.
BOOm tries to score a power double leg takedown but Brown sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten BOOm somewhat.
BOOm closes the distance and clinches up with Brown, looking for a takedown. BOOm pushes Brown against the ropes but Brown circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Da BOOm. That's going to take a lot out of him.
BOOm takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

BOOm has managed to clinch.
Brown is trying to pull guard but BOOm turns him against the ropes and we stay in the clinch.
BOOm has Brown pressed against the ropes, preventing Brown from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

BOOm pulls Brown into guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Brown's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Brown trying to control the position from guard on top but BOOm is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

That's one minute gone in the round.
BOOm wants to stand up but Brown is controlling him.
Brown is fighting to break BOOm's control of his arms but BOOm is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Brown is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! BOOm is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! BOOm has escaped and now he's on top!

Brown uses the ropes to get back to his feet.
Brown fails to land with a series of punches.
Brown swats away the attempt to clinch by BOOm.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Brown closes the distance and clinches up with BOOm, looking for a takedown. Brown pushes BOOm against the ropes but BOOm circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Brown changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. BOOm tries to avoid it but Brown manages to keep hold of a leg and drag BOOm to the ground. BOOm escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

BOOm shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Brown is working to get back to half guard.
BOOm raining down hammerfists from mount.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

BOOm has isolated one of Brown's arms. Brown looking to fight him off but BOOm twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
