Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Roma Kucherov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Silver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kucherov kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Offspring - You're Gonna Go Far, Kid. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silver moves to clinch but Kucherov breaks away

and Kucherov counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Silver!
Kucherov tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kucherov lands a big shot there that rocks Silver but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Kucherov cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Silver wants to try and get back to his feet.

A determined Roma Kucherov didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
