The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nunes shoots in and gets a takedown into Chooke's guard.
Nunes must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Nunes wants to control from the top but Chooke keeps moving.
Nunes wants to get up but he can't break Chooke's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Nunes really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Chooke. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Chooke has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Nunes doesn't defend quickly enough and Chooke has managed to lock this one up! Can Nunes escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Chooke on a fantastic submission victory.
