Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Theron Morrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hattori Hanzo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Morrison might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Thieves by Ministry. The key to victory for Theron Morrison has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morrison throws a low kick, looking for Hanzo's leg but Hanzo calmly moves out of range.
Hanzo shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Morrison as he avoids it easily.
Morrison connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Morrison is looking to slow Hanzo down with leg kicks.
Hanzo shoots for a takedown but Morrison saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Hanzo fails with the takedown
and Morrison counters with a nice low kick that buckles Hanzo's knee momentarily.
Theron Morrison has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hattori Hanzo.
Morrison fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Hanzo.
Morrison works Hanzo's body with a nice hook.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Morrison throws a shot to the body.
Hanzo looks gassed!
Morrison scores with a hook to the body. Hanzo takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Morrison fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A solid leg kick lands there for Morrison.
Hanzo takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Hanzo's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Morrison connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Hanzo scrambles back to his feet.

Hanzo shoots in and drives through. Morrison sprawls well.
Morrison dips to his left and cracks Hanzo with an uppercut!
Morrison ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Morrison connects with an inside leg kick.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Morrison, right into the meat.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

It looks like Hattori Hanzo has been cut.
Morrison works Hanzo's body with a nice hook.
Morrison is looking to wear down Hanzo with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Morrison uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Hanzo is rocked!
Morrison cracks Hanzo with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Hanzo falls to his knees and Morrison doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
