The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rasputin tries to land a front kick but Morgan steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Rasputin has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Morgan off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Morgan bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Rasputin! He dives into his guard looking to finish!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Morgan wanted to stand there but Rasputin had control of the position.

Rasputin kicks Morgan off and gets to his feet.
Rasputin tries to close the distance and clinch but Morgan swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Morgan tries a head kick but it misses.
Rasputin throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Morgan lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Rasputin circles away quickly and effectively.

Rasputin looks gassed!

Morgan misses with a body kick.
Morgan throws a right and a left that Rasputin avoids nicely.
Rasputin misses with a right hand
and Morgan makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Oh, that's a big right hand from Morgan and Rasputin goes tumbling to the canvas! Morgan follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

Rasputin is trying to stand up here but Morgan is controlling him well.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
It looks like Morgan is going to stand back up.
Morgan wants to take a breather but Rasputin is having none of it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on Grigori Rasputin's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!



Morgan moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Rasputin goes down! Can Morgan finish him!?
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Morgan would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Rasputin pushes Morgan off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Rasputin. Morgan shrugs it off though.
Rasputin tries a head kick but it misses.
Morgan works Rasputin's body with a nice hook.

and Morgan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Morgan throws a right hand that Rasputin ducks under and follows up with a left that Rasputin also avoids with ease.

Morgan catches Rasputin napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Rasputin to the canvas!

Rasputin wriggles free and stands up.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rasputin throws a sloppy head kick and Morgan moves out of range easily.
Rasputin is breathing heavily.
Morgan drops Rasputin with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Rasputin! Morgan dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Scott Morgan!
