Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jack Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mag Ne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walker comes to the ring accompanied by The Doors - Peace Frog. Ne has chosen Blå and Black - Nephew as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Jack Walker could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Mag Ne's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jack Walker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mag Ne!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Ne on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Walker changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ne tries to avoid it but Walker manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ne to the ground. Ne escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Ne tries to bum rush Walker with a series of wild strikes but Walker uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Nice defenses there by Walker.
Walker defending well as Ne loads up on a big left hand.
Walker lands a lovely overhand right.
Walker shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Ne as he jumps to the side.
Ne swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Walker.
Ne throws a series of punches but Walker avoids them all with ease.

and Walker connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Ne misses with a body punch

and Walker decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Ne's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Walker trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Ne can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Walker controls the pace.
Ne keeping moving, preventing Walker from controlling successfully.
Walker stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ne swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Walker sitting in guard, not really doing much.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Jack Walker has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Walker misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ne throws a lazy uppercut
and Walker counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Walker connects with a solid leg kick.
The fighters circling - Ne throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
A looping hook to the body misses from Ne. Walker does a little dance to reset his feet.
Ne throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Walker smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Walker shoots in but Ne avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Walker. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ne thows a left - swing and a miss!
Ne misses the shot to the body.
Nice sprawl there from Ne as Walker shoots in.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Ne swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Walker counters with a takedown into side control.
Walker has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Walker trying to control but Ne is having none of it.
Walker scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Walker manages to capitalize on a mistake by Ne to take his back!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Walker throwing sloppy strikes.
Ne is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Walker off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.
Walker is landing with strikes from the back.
