The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Amarela throws a hook but Vendo avoids it easily.
Amarela throws an overhand right that lands on Vendo's shoulder, as Vendo tries to avoid the shot.
Amarela throws a shot from downtown. Vendo moves away and avoids it.
Amarela throws a series of punches but Vendo moves out of range.
Amarela looks to land a left hand but Vendo moved out of range nicely.
Amarela thows a body shot but no joy.

and Amarela counters with a straight right hand.

Amarela lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Vendo sprawling to the canvas. Amarela follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Vendo hang on?

Josh Vendo's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Josh Vendo's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
