The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thrun scores with a jab. daVinci acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Thrun throws a nice looking combination but daVinci bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Thrun is on top in guard.

daVinci fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Thrun looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

daVinci has Thrun pressed against the ropes, preventing Thrun from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
With the two fighters working up against the ropes, daVinci just misses with a elbow thrown towards Thrun's brow.
