Kato comes to the cage accompanied by STILL BALLIN. Tyson has chosen Thriller Indiano as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

With a record of 13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jason Tyson!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Bruno Lombardi and Columbo Gatti.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyson stuns Kato with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Tyson. Kato does a little dance to reset his feet.
Tyson avoids the body shot from Kato.
Tyson just misses with a punch to the body.
Tyson moves out of range as Kato throws a body kick.
Tyson misses with a jab to the body
and Kato counters with a leg kick.

Kato misses with a body shot.
Kato takes a swing at Tyson's ribcage but misses.
Jason Tyson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kato thows a leg kick but Tyson checks it
and Tyson counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Kato walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Tyson checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Kato swings for the body but Tyson moves out of range.
Kato tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Kato is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kato misses with an uppercut. Tyson saw that one coming.

Tyson thows a body shot but no joy.
Kato misses with a looping right.
Tyson tries a head kick but it misses.
Kato misses with a kick to the body.
Tyson looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Tyson blocks a jab.
Kato throws a leg kick
and Tyson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Kato stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Tyson.
Kato takes a swing at Tyson's ribcage but misses.
Tyson bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Kato's head.

Kato swings for the body but Tyson moves out of range.

Kato keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Tyson throws a leg kick
and Kato counters with a nice kick to the body.
Tyson cracks Kato with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Tyson misses with an uppercut
and Kato counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Tyson gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Tyson connects with a nice looking jab.
Tyson misses with a double jab
and Kato counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

A telegraphed right hand from Tyson misses the target.
Tyson thows a body shot but no joy.
Tyson checks a low kick from Kato.

Tyson feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Kato sprawling to the canvas! Kato rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Tyson finish him?!

Kato is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kato is aggressively charging in as Tyson backs up avoiding any damage. Tyson tosses out a jab and Kato runs right into it face first! Kato is out cold! Tyson dropped down on all fours and is barking in Kato's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!

Jason Tyson decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
