PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cole Kondrad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simon Manuel Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Kondrad might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Black Sabbath Iron Man . I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manuel Santos stuffs the takedown.
Kondrad shoots in looking for a takedown. Manuel Santos tries to sprawl out of it but Kondrad keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Manuel Santos manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Kondrad will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Manuel Santos defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Kondrad .
Manuel Santos connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Kondrad 's hands.
Kondrad shoots for a double leg takedown but Manuel Santos sprawls well. He's pushed Kondrad 's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Manuel Santos lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Kondrad shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Kondrad closes the distance and clinches up with Manuel Santos, looking for a takedown. Kondrad pushes Manuel Santos against the cage but Manuel Santos circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Manuel Santos steps in with a hook that catches Kondrad right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Manuel Santos follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Kondrad looks absolutely devastated.
