The crowd seem to be enjoying Iranovichk's choice of entrance music: Spit It Out. Viktor Iranovichk has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Samuel NBomga's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Iranovichk fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with NBomga, pushing him back against the cage.
NBomga prevents the takedown attempt.
Iranovichk drops to a knee looking for a takedown but NBomga gets the underhooks and prevents it.
A frustrated look appears on NBomga's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Iranovichk drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Samuel NBomga has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Viktor Iranovichk.
NBomga gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Iranovichk.

NBomga ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. NBomga no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Iranovichk drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and NBomga dives on top into guard.

Iranovichk has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but NBomga can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

NBomga thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
NBomga postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
NBomga advances position into side control!
Iranovichk tries to bench press NBomga off him but NBomga keeps the position.
NBomga wants to control but Iranovichk is keeping him busy.

NBomga is trying to get an arm triangle but Iranovichk is defending well.

Iranovichk is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, NBomga has escaped the position, nice work there.

Iranovichk swings around for an armbar but NBomga sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Iranovichk's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

NBomga has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Iranovichk to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! NBomga is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Iranovichk pulls down on the head and he's put NBomga to sleep! This one is all over!
