PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mirko Filipovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Filipovic might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Wild boys. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Filipovic takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Green throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Filipovic on the side of the head.

Green stuns Filipovic with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Filipovic takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Green lands a left and a right that send Filipovic crashing to the mat, dazed. Green thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Green throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Filipovic stumbling backwards into the cage! Filipovic bounces back off the cage towards Green, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Green lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Green celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
