These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, George Francis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arlowski throws a combination that misses
and Boyer counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Arlowski controls Boyer momentarily but Boyer frees himself.
Boyer might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Arlowski wants to stand up but Boyer is controlling him.
Arlowski is working an open guard so Boyer takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Arlowski swings widly with a right hand
and Boyer counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Arlowski stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Boyer.
Boyer feints a jab promting Arlowski to slip. Boyer then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Arlowski slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

and Boyer counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Arlowski looks gassed!
Boyer gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Arlowski working hard to break the clinch.
Arlowski tries to break the clinch but Boyer is controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Arlowski with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Boyer pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A head kick by Arlowski misses
and Boyer counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Arlowski badly! He tries to strike back but Boyer puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Arlowski out cold! Oh man, Arlowski will never hear the end of this one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Billy Boyer!
