Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tokugawa Hattori (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kazunari Tashiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Hattori counters with a stiff right hand.
Hattori shoots in looking for a takedown but Tashiro manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Hattori's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

It looks like Tokugawa Hattori has been cut.
Kazunari Tashiro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tashiro stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Tashiro wants it to stay on the feet.

Hattori is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Tashiro is just riding it out for now. Hattori eventually gives up the hold.
