Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jonnie Mcartura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Pack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcartura lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pack circles away quickly and effectively.
Mcartura takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Mcartura avoids the head kick by Pack.
Pack misses with a few strikes there.
Pack thows a body shot but no joy.
Mcartura throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pack.
Pack misses with a kick to the body.
Pack throws a solid leg kick but Mcartura takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Pack.
Mcartura throws a right and a left that Pack avoids nicely.

Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Mcartura!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pack looks to land a combination but Mcartura avoids it well.
Pack attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Mcartura stalks Pack and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Pack's face. Pack staggers backwards, shaken.
Pack throws a sloppy head kick
and Mcartura counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
It looks like John Pack has been cut.
Pack lands with a nice body punch.
That kick from Pack tenderised Mcartura's leg. Mcartura is trying to keep his angry face on.
Mcartura scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Mcartura throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pack.
Mcartura scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

and Mcartura counters with a series of strikes. Pack will be more careful next time no doubt.

Mcartura goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Mcartura throws a series of punches but Pack avoids them all with ease.
Mcartura stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Mcartura misses with a two punch combination.

Pack pushes Mcartura away with a front kick.

Mcartura takes a kick to the side of the head.
Pack lands a brutal head kick. Mcartura looks out on his feet and Pack throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
