Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jerome Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Evander Hollyfield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carter comes to the cage accompanied by Ludacris-Move Bitch. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some bone on bone action there as Hollyfield checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hollyfield lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Carter takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Hollyfield changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Carter looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Carter crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Hollyfield - the referee stops the clock and Carter gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Hollyfield. Carter manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Hollyfield has hold of one of Carter's legs. Carter is fighting the takedown attempt but Hollyfield gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
