Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Kraszer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Austin Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Anthony Kraszer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Austin Adams!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Paul Aken and Radbod Blank.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kraszer fails with the takedown.

Adams moves into the clinch.

Adams drags the fight down to the ground.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Kraszer not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kraszer is looking to stand up but Adams won't let him.
Adams looking for a sweep. Not yet Adams, not yet.
Adams pulls Kraszer in close to his closed guard and prevents Kraszer from doing any damage or advancing position.

That's one minute gone in the round.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Austin Adams was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Kraszer scores with a nice head shot.


It looks like Austin Adams has been cut.
Kraszer tries to score a power double leg takedown but Adams sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kraszer somewhat.
Adams misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Kraszer is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Adams.

Kraszer gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Adams not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kraszer working for submissions but it's allowed Adams to get to half guard.

Adams stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kraszer shoots in for a takedown but Adams shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anthony Kraszer. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Kraszer is breathing heavily.
Adams looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Adams closes the distance and pushes Kraszer back into the cage.

Adams drags the fight down to the ground.
Adams not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Kraszer trying to control but Adams is working from the bottom.
Adams throwing strikes off his back to little effect.

Adams scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Adams scores a takedown into full mount!
Adams controlling the position easily from mount.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kraszer working to try and regain half guard.

Kraszer gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Adams is looking to advance position but Kraszer has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!

Adams is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Adams tries to lock up and control but Kraszer gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Adams tries to control Kraszer's body but Kraszer pushes him off. Adams squirms to his side and now Kraszer has his back!

Kraszer is working hard for the rear naked choke here.

Kraszer has his opponent's back and is working for the choke.
Kraszer tries to get the hooks in deep but Adams pushed the leg off.
Kraszer is trying to stick to Adams's back but Adams is turning into Kraszer. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Kraszer's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Adams.
Adams is looking to advance position but Kraszer has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!

Adams bucks Kraszer off and manages to get back to his feet!

Kraszer throws a series of strikes that have Adams backpedaling.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Adams throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Adams tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Kraszer manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Anthony Kraszer is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Kraszer misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Adams has managed to clinch.
Kraszer wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Adams stalling the fight.

Adams breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Adams scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Adams scores with a couple of short elbows.

Adams is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kraszer knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Adams remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Austin Adams showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!



Adams rushes Kraszer and presses him up against the cage.
Kraszer fails to pull guard.

Adams jumps guard and drags Kraszer to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Kraszer pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Adams is keeping the position for now.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Adams is on top in guard.

Kraszer had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Adams defends it easily.

Adams decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Adams shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Adams is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Kraszer!
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Kraszer blocking the ground and pound.

Kraszer stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Adams.
Adams takes a swing at Kraszer's ribcage but misses.

Kraszer tries to keep at a distance but Adams has taken the fight into the clinch.
Adams tries to pull guard but Kraszer forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Adams pulls Kraszer into guard.
Adams pulls Kraszer in to control the position.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Adams tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Adams pulls Kraszer in close to prevent any damage.

Adams lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Kraszer is looking to regain half guard here but Adams keeps moving and retains side control.
Adams is staying tight to Kraszer's torso, preventing him from escaping.

Adams stands up.
Anthony Kraszer has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Austin Adams is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Austin Adams comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Adams has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
