Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Krammer Hussein!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Az Hole!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hole closes the distance looking to clinch

and Hussein counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Still in half guard, Hussein seems content to control.

Hussein is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Hussein seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hole does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Hole really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hussein. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Hussein is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Hole sees it coming and defends easily.
Hole works his way to full guard. Good work.

Hussein stands up and waves to Hole to follow him.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hole gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Hussein to score an easy takedown into full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hussein wants to control from the top but Hole keeps moving.
Hussein trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Hole is working an open guard so Hussein takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Hole motions for Hussein to come forward. Hole throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Hussein circles away from the clinch attempt

and Hussein counters with a shoot takedown. Hole fights it but they end up in guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hussein engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Hussein prevents Hole from getting back to his feet.
Hole preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Hussein postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Hole is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Hussein, into his guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Hole is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Hussein has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Hole is looking to defend but Hussein has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Hole! Hussein pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Hole taps out and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Krammer Hussein!
