Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Peter Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charlie Utter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Charlie Utter was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Utter throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

It looks like Utter might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Charlie Utter hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Utter connects with a bit shot that sees Rua covering up! More strikes from Utter and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Utter is our winner by TKO!

A relieved looking Charlie Utter thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
