Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Don Kier!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Tim Story!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Paul Gruel and Ryoma Takatsuka.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kier tries to score with a low kick but Story moves his leg out of the way.

Kier drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Kier throws a strike but Story rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Story throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Kier on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kier tries to get out of the position.
Story pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Kier is keeping the position for now.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
