Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Grant Foxworth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Van Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Foxworth comes to the ring accompanied by Chiron. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henderson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Foxworth lands with a slapping head kick.

Henderson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The strikes coming from Henderson are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Foxworth manages to get back to half guard.
Henderson throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Henderson throwing shots but Foxworth is blocking nicely.
Henderson tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Foxworth.
Foxworth controlling the position for now.
Foxworth wants to control but Henderson is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Foxworth is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Henderson scores with a couple of nice shots.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Foxworth goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

Henderson moves into range and clinches up with Foxworth.
Foxworth prevents a takedown attempt there.
Foxworth scores a nice knee to the body.
Foxworth fails to pull guard.
Henderson lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Henderson has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Foxworth is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
With the fighters up against the ropes, Henderson throws an elbow but misses.

Henderson breaks from the clinch.
Van Henderson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Foxworth connects with a solid leg kick.

Henderson closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Foxworth to the mat! Foxworth manages to get full guard.
Henderson postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Foxworth keeping moving, preventing Henderson from controlling successfully.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Henderson tries to stand but Foxworth is controlling from the bottom.

Henderson connects with a couple of short punches.
Henderson trying to control the position from guard on top but Foxworth is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Henderson has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Foxworth to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Henderson is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Foxworth pulls down on the head and he's put Henderson to sleep! This one is all over!
