PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Spencer Jorgenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kixo Caludo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jorgenson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Made You Look by Nas. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Caludo throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Jorgenson tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Caludo is in Jorgenson's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Caludo in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Jorgenson wants to sweep but no luck.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jorgenson controls Caludo momentarily but Caludo frees himself.
Caludo throwing strikes but missing.
Caludo controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Caludo must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Caludo got a little sloppy there for a moment and Jorgenson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Caludo has managed to get both his arms back between Jorgenson's legs - danger averted.
Caludo cracks Jorgenson with a solid left hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Caludo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jorgenson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Caludo wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jorgenson keeps working.

Jorgenson is trying to stand up here but Caludo is controlling him well.

Jorgenson is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Caludo pulls his head out easily.
Jorgenson is refusing to be controlled, as Caludo sits in half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Caludo is just content to waste time from the top position. Jorgenson takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Caludo lands a couple of digs.

Jorgenson is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Caludo rolls with it to try and escape but Jorgenson cranks on the arm and Caludo is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
