The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vicent tries to clinch up but Little circles away and keeps his distance.
Vicent slips a straight right by Little.

Vicent lands a head kick that stumbles Little and the fighters go to the mat.

It looks like Geoff Little has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Little is pulling down on Vicent's head to control his posture.
Little wants to sweep here but Vicent controlling him for the moment.
Little keeping moving, preventing Vicent from controlling successfully.
Little looking to hit a scissor sweep but Vicent is one step ahead there.
Little on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Little tries to get out of the position.
Vicent content to stall in guard here.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Victor Vicent wasn't active enough on the ground.
Little shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Vicent defends it nicely.
Vicent moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Vicent ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Little moves away.
Vicent tries to clinch up.
Little on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Little is breathing heavily.
Vicent throws a quick inside leg kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Vicent looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Vicent backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Little's temple! It sends Little violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Vicent celebrates and the doctors try to help Little!
