The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Valeri Chadov and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xxx feints and as Kocherga raises his hands in defense, Xxx changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Xxx postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Xxx is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Kocherga manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Xxx wants to hold on but Kocherga pushes him away.
Xxx can't escape the position.
Kocherga throwing strikes here but Xxx is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Xxx is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kocherga throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Xxx because Kocherga loaded up on that one.

Kocherga thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Xxx sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Kocherga is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Xxx doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Kocherga.
Xxx is looking to control Kocherga's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Xxx avoid being mounted?
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Xxx is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kocherga pulls his head out easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Xxx works his way to full guard. Good work.

Kocherga wanted to stand there but Xxx had control of the position.
Kocherga is breathing heavily.
Xxx looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Kocherga is defending well. Xxx quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Kocherga has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Xxx celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
