The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dlute doesn't manage to clinch there - Oliveira circles away.
Dlute will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Dlute lands with a nice body punch.

Oliveira is trying to control but can't.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Oliveira fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Dlute avoids it really well and circles away.
Dlute leaves Oliveira with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Oliveira shoots in but no luck this time.

Dlute postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Oliveira in real trouble here! The ref calls for Oliveira to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
