The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Broska misses with a combination
and Place counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Place trying to control the position but instead, Broska has worked for underhooks and has pushed Place into the cage.
Place jumps into guard, dragging Broska to the mat.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Place had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Broska defends it easily.
Broska content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Broska loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Place utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Broska has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Place to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Broska is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Place pulls down on the head and he's put Broska to sleep! This one is all over!
