Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Alexander Spesivtsev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dale Gribble (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Spesivtsev kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Gnarls Barkley - Crazy. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spesivtsev paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Spesivtsev explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Spesivtsev defending well as Gribble loads up on a big left hand.
Dale Gribble seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gribble looks to land a combination. Spesivtsev sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Spesivtsev scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Gribble's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Spesivtsev connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Gribble scrambles back to his feet.

That kick from Spesivtsev tenderised Gribble's leg. Gribble is trying to keep his angry face on.

That was a close round but I would say that Alexander Spesivtsev will probably get the nod.

Gribble might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
