Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Veli Urpo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Baki Hanma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hanma looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Urpo is fending him off so far but Hanma persists. Nope, Urpo circles away and we're back to standing.
Hanma fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Urpo feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Urpo drops back looking for a leg! Hanma is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Hanma manages to kick Urpo off! Urpo jumps back into Hanma's guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Check out the look on Urpo's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Urpo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Urpo is staying tight to Hanma's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Urpo looks up at the clock and then as Hanma takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Urpo smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Hanma prevents Urpo from moving into mount.

Urpo has an Americana. Hanma didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Urpo is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Urpo hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
