McGee lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kaeo circles away quickly and effectively.
Kaeo throws a sloppy head kick and McGee moves out of range easily.
McGee connects with the punch.
Kaeo is trying hard to land a takedown here. McGee sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

McGee stuffs the takedown attempt from Kaeo. Kaeo gets slowly back to his feet.

Kaeo shoots in looking for a takedown. McGee tries to sprawl out of it but Kaeo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. McGee manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

McGee uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kaeo.
Kaeo throws an overhand right that lands on McGee's shoulder, as McGee tries to avoid the shot.

Dan Kaeo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McGee bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Kaeo's head.
Bang McGee is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Kaeo tries a head kick but it misses.
Kaeo looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
McGee lands a glancing blow to the side of Kaeo's head.
McGee is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Kaeo had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Kaeo is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
McGee loads up on a big right hand but Kaeo slips the punch.

and McGee counters with a good low kick that Kaeo was not able to check.

Kaeo closes the distance and clinches up with McGee, looking for a takedown. Kaeo pushes McGee against the cage but McGee circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

McGee lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
McGee works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Kaeo blocks a jab.
McGee bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Kaeo's head backwards.
Kaeo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McGee's waist but McGee gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kaeo off to one side.
Kaeo drops his hands momentarily and McGee takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Kaeo has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
McGee connects with a leg kick. Kaeo looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Kaeo will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
McGee rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kaeo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
McGee lands with a slapping head kick.

Kaeo is rocked!
Kaeo drops his hands momentarily and McGee takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Oh Kaeo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
McGee lands a slapping body shot.
McGee feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Kaeo crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
