He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Carvalho.

Carvalho takes the fight into the clinch.

Carvalho breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Oooooh!!! Carvalho has knocked Win down with a huge combo! Carvalho steps away and waves a wobbly Win back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Carvalho lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Win seems to have recovered his senses.
Carvalho takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Carvalho moves nicely into side control.
Carvalho creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

That has opened up Free Win 's cut even more.

Carvalho stands up.

Oh, that's a big right hand from Carvalho and Win goes tumbling to the canvas! Carvalho follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

The cut above Free Win 's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
