Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cy Coe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Osmo Soininvaara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Coe kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Insane In The Membrane - Cypress Hill. The crowd seem to be enjoying Soininvaara's choice of entrance music: country shit remix- ludacris, big krit, bun b. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coe delivers a nice body kick.
Soininvaara throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Coe throws an off balance right hand
and Soininvaara cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Cy Coe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Soininvaara ducks under a wild hook from Coe.
Coe jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Coe will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Soininvaara misses with a body shot.
A jab from Coe misses.
Coe lands a jab to the head.
Coe looks to land a right hand but Soininvaara moved out of range.
Coe slips a jab and a cross from Soininvaara.
Soininvaara misses with a low kick as Coe jumps back.
Coe fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Soininvaara has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

It looks like Osmo Soininvaara has been cut.
Soininvaara keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Coe shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Soininvaara sprawls well. Soininvaara wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Coe gets slowly back to his feet.

Soininvaara takes a swing at Coe's ribcage but misses.
Soininvaara scores with a sloppy right hand. Coe should have avoided that one.
Soininvaara swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Soininvaara lands with an overhand left.

It looks like Cy Coe has been cut.
Coe moves out of range of the body kick.
Coe walks into a straight right hand from Soininvaara.
Soininvaara misses with the combination.
Coe thuds his right hand into Soininvaara's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Osmo Soininvaara is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Coe's jab looks to have found its range, popping Soininvaara under the eye.
Coe's corner calls for a 1-2. Coe obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Coe shoots for a takedown but Soininvaara saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Coe looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Coe doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Coe throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Soininvaara misses with a jab to the body
and Coe connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Coe darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Coe keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Soininvaara wants to control but Coe is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Soininvaara is looking to improve his position.
Coe trying to mount his opponent but Soininvaara defends it.
Soininvaara is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Coe passes to full mount!
Coe throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Soininvaara because Coe loaded up on that one.
Coe lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Coe is landing with some decent strikes but Soininvaara is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Soininvaara tries to hold on but Coe postures up.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Soininvaara is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Coe has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Soininvaara's face.

That has opened up Osmo Soininvaara's cut even more.
Soininvaara wants to control but Coe is having none of it.
Coe lands a heavy elbow.
Soininvaara tries to reverse the position but Coe maintains control.
Coe raining down shots from the mount!
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
BOOM! Coe connects with a massive shot to the dome!

The cut above Osmo Soininvaara's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Coe controlling from the full mount.
Soininvaara can't escape the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Cy Coe dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Coe circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Soininvaara to the canvas! Soininvaara doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Coe keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
