The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fisher defends well against a solid takedown attempt from LaCrosse.
Fisher tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. LaCrosse manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Fisher throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Showboat Fisher seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

LaCrosse closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
LaCrosse wants to control but Fisher is keeping him busy.

LaCrosse sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

and LaCrosse counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
LaCrosse takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Fisher thumps LaCrosse with a low kick.
Fisher moves in looking to clinch but LaCrosse pushes him off.
Fisher pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
LaCrosse takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

It looks like Duke LaCrosse has been cut.

Fisher stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

LaCrosse is rocked!
Fisher digs a good hook to LaCrosse's body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Fisher throws a jab when LaCrosse was well out of range.

Oooooh!!! Fisher has knocked LaCrosse down with a huge combo! Fisher steps away and waves a wobbly LaCrosse back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
